The game doesn't load, just an endless download. I'm from Russia, it doesn't even load with a VPN. What to do?

I love this game. But the game lack of feature that calculate total cost for programs that trained. I have tried to find any website or app that solve this issue, but i found nothing. I have little skill on development of app so made it by myself. The default of programs level and total capacity is based on my current account condition. I still on core lvl 10 when i made the app.

Hello. Do you get to have the 3 hour protection to your network after a single player hacks your network? Or is there like a minimum time or players that can hack you before you get the 3 hour protection

Can someone tell me if, when you reach some level, you can delete the last server farm? On the wiki luminar says that you need at least 1 to prevent you from attacking your last target and then not being able to search if you dont have enough money, but its not the first time that i found an account that doesnt have a server farm. I have multiple screenshots and i connected over 20 times just to check if i wasnt seeing properly. There simply isnt one. Can someone explain pls
